in Chief, but it's those Officers who have to make it happen...OR NOT! I remember, when DT first took office I asked my son who's ion the Military if they ever have the power to say NO to the CIF? He said yes, but it's vary rare & must be a circumstance that is very obviously WRONG! I believe this is one of those circumstances,
