1. The forms have not changed...but there is a statement on state website!

On https://www.govotetn.com/absentee-ballots.html] there is a paragraph about the ruling (quoted below).

But the form is unchanged and no instructions if you cannot click a box. I suppose people will send in without clicking a box.

Here is the added paragraph. Glad they put this up.


Pursuant to the June 4, 2020 Order of the Davidson County Chancery Court, if you are a registered voter and do not wish to vote in-person due to the COVID-19 situation, you are eligible to request an absentee ballot by mail. You also have the option to vote in-person during early voting or on Election Day.
