"In Carolyn Maloney’s district, where she’s ahead by less than two percentage points, almost 79,000 absentee ballots were sent to voters. About 11,000 have been returned so far."


Part of her district is the Upper East Side of Manhattan, very wealthy, and a lot of people left for their summer homes when the pandemic was raging here a few months ago. (Presumably not in Arizona, Florida or Texas.)
