In reply to the discussion: CNN: Suspect in shooting of federal judge's son and husband at her New Jersey home has died [View all]StarfishSaver
(18,486 posts)13. This somewhat misleading
This was a case in which investors sued Deutsche Bank for failure to comply with securities laws in its dealings Epstein. The bank had already admitted to the compliance failures and agreed to pay a hefty fine and there likely would have been no need for a trial in the case - and even if there were, the evidence would have been on rather boring regulatory and legal compliance issues, not Epstein's personal behavior or financial dealings. There was nothing in this case that appears to be damaging or threatening enough to anyone to have the judge assigned to the case murdered.

Does this count if the "assassin" kills one, wounds one, and leaves one completely unharmed?

I don't know if you could possibly be more wrong if you tried. Maybe you are trying?

We'll know in a matter of days if this guy had any business before the court.

This is early information but might prove to be a lot less conspiratorial than some here predicted.

Speculation here but I bet she sanctioned the fuck out of him for something egregious.
