but also for individual use (per USSC) for "traditionally lawful purposes", it seems if bearers broke no laws, they should be within the protection of the 2nd.

Along those lines, if spraying graffiti and otherwise causing property damage as "freedom of expression" are illegal uses of such freedoms - they would not be covered.
