Yes, the burden of taxation shifted from the rich to workers and the impoverished alike. You, I, and everyone else got swept up in it.

To be clear to all, I'm not anti-tax. We need taxation to maintain this beautiful country.

I totally get the need to spend big when it comes to the pandemic.

I've had covid-19. My lungs are still scarred. Yes, I am telling the 100% truth.

Stimulus spending has been vital. I totally get that and am 100% on board with that concept.

I mildly disagree with you on the negative effects of the Trump tax cuts.

That act pulled the fiscal rug out from under our nation's feet.

One so carefully crafted by the Obama administration. Again, I'm not trying to fully disagree. Let's save our energy for fighting the good fight.

In closing, you very correct comment about the lack of oversight is straight out of the Thug playbook. Police state enforcement is only meant for working and unemployed poor folks. If Trump were truly law and order he would be glad to provide oversight to the pandemic's many business loan assistance programs. Responsible govt stewardship requires good oversight.

Trump's maniac brain pushes a zero-oversight, rife with corruption-system that has since sadly blossomed.
