I get it, coming down from $600 hurts me personally as my wife is collecting it right now, but there is also an argument to be made for paying people more than they would make if working being unproductive.

Lowering it isn't going to drive people back to work like the Reps think, and yes wages should be higher, but someone making $300 a week suddenly making $800 a week for not working isn't exactly easy to defend.

I predict $400, maybe $350.

Getting it done quickly though is very important.
