It started w/ Comey and Barr is simply doubling down (on top of all of rump's 20,000 lies too).

Lie after lie after lie after lie...no one knows what to believe whatever this totally incompetent administration says anyway and besides, everybody will automatically assume that it is a lie anyways.

Biden has already warned of this, and I expect is fully ready for any 'October' surprises, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Biden has tens of thousands of lawyers waiting on the sidelines, papers ready to file w/ the Courts, anything and everything in case these scumbags try anything and everything to taint election results.
