Is what I suspect you mean. Joe won't be president until 2021.

However what has occurred to me is that Joe may be just strategic enough to run in 2024, and then turn over the office to her about 2 years in so she can ultimately run for two more terms. That would allow her to run as the incumbent twice. Not many presidents get to do that.
