acting belligerent and refusing to budge on what he wants to do, which is whatever Trump told him to go in there and do.

He ain't running. He is an out of control NC Republican. THAT is how cocky and arrogant and corrupt they are. They think they are above the law, because no one ever punishes them here in NC for the crap they do. They are all out of control and know they are going to get away with it.
