to advise the office holders. It does not make any difference if Joe went into full dementia. He will have the smart people backing him up. In the Democratic Party we can be assured that when his time has come, he will be told and he will hand over the Resolute Desk to Kamala.

A republican will never give up what he has voluntarily, even if it is best for the office.
