7. Where would they get ballots?

If they make fake ones, they will be caught by the counters. If the point is to send in fake ones to try to get past the counters, the likelihood of success is practically zero. And a trace back of the fake ballots will probably land you back at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. I guess I just have more faith that the people working the elections are not idiots.
