I wouldn't put anything past Trump, lizard that he is, but I don't believe he has the skill set to pull it off. I mean this whole post office thing is Exhibit A. They thought they could just steamroll the shut down of the post office. Looks to me like it backfired spectacularly. I'm not saying it hasn't been damaged, but it seems a lot less likely that they will be able to get away with their plans.
