they look at details. That's pretty easy for a computer program to catch.

If an individual's mail vote and in-person vote were counted twice, that's the fault of whomever maintains the voting system. Will be interesting to watch the GOPer Sec of State and the counties point fingers. Also bet that anyone who really did vote twice wasn't sure their mail-in ballot had been received.
