Cuellar gets a promotion from the House because he, like Manchin, has zero qualms about campaigning for and fundraising for Rethugs (Manchin is going to campaign for Collins), and Cuellar's case, the one he supported, John Carter, is actually worse than Collins, he is hardcore RW racist, climate change denier, and pro life, plus a huge gun humper NRA lick-spittle.
