Biden will know how to act quickly on the mess he inherits, though I think a lot depends on our majorities in Congress. Biden will set direction, policy, tone, and delegate duties to competent appointees, many with Obama White House experience. Harris will be a workhorse. We should have no fear after what we've been through, how could we or the country be decimated any worse?
