care unit, which usually implies something quite serious, and shortly after discharge he supposedly filed an unsuccessful injunction to prevent publication of Mary Trump's memoir. My question all along was whether he was really in any condition to have done that, or whether in a state of diminished capacity he was used as a "front" by 45 or 45's attorney for litigation they did not want to own. I am pretty sure the attorney would be disbarred, if not prosecuted, for undue influence if that were the case. We know that 45 has a history of that sort of thing, e.g. exploiting his father's dementia to make changes in his will that effectively disinherited some of the heirs and dramatically boosted 45's share of the estate. I wouldn't put anything past 45.
