Some say that billionaires should be taxed out of existence. Those same people often seem to be of the opinion that they know better how that money should be spent than the person that earned it. Here’s a man who showed the world, as well as those few who could be called his peers, how it could be done best.

There can’t be hordes of people like him, because there aren’t hordes of billionaires. But even in that small elite, Feeney stands out.
