gop may not hold hearing until after the election. The free airtime Kamala would get right before election is gonna drive them crazy. Is it constitutionally required to have hearings at all? Can rethugs just vote in a justice with zero hearings? If it’s just a senate rule, mcturtle can change it in no time. What is the constitutional procedure for confirming a SC justice?
