Back in the day, many years ago, I did speed fairly regularly and was around a lot of people that did a lot more
than I did. He has all the symptoms of someone on speed of some kind during some speeches and symptoms of
xanax or valium during others.
Typical for some speeders to come down with a sedative.
The blurting out of almost incoherent phrases, sideways thinking, sniffing, not being able to stand still,
all symptoms of speed use.
