...but, as we've seen this week, his plan is apparently to get loyal state legislatures to intervene in the awarding of electors to give him enough to "win," while packing the SCOTUS to try to rubber-stamp that ploy. If that happens (and it depends entirely on whether the Court reads the passage in the Constitution regarding the state legislatures being empowered to appoint electors as meaning they can do it without needing to follow any state laws about awarding the electors to the certified winner in that state), then he's the legally-elected president, even against the will of the people, and thus he's constitutionally entitled to be sworn in for a second term.
