of that state would have to pass legislation to do that, and in states like Wisconsin and Pennsylvania if they were that brazen, the Democratic Governors of Wisconsin and Pa would veto that

Maher kept pushing to Sanders what would you do. Sanders said vote overwhelmingly so there is no question. Maher ad nausea kept pushing the question as though it was inevitable and trump wouldn't leave. Sanders gave him the anecdote to VOTE, but Maher wouldn’t let it go
