6. In 70 years the challenger has never polled more than 1% worse than final poll

If the final poll showed x% for the challenger to an incumbent President the actual result was never less than x minus one. And more often than not the challenger did better than the poll projection for his vote %. Clinton did 6 points better in 1992. If Biden is at 52, looks good. And the incumbent at best did 2.7% better than he polled. So far so good.
