election goes on, people vote for the electors assigned to the candidates. If somehow a candidate should die, the respective DNC or RNC names a replacement. Hypothetically if trump dies, and wins the election, the RNC CAN ASSIGN the presidency. How do you like that?? Would they name PUTIN??? LOL
