...would be framed as protecting the will of the people.
The will of the people is the national popular vote, that Republicans ignored in 2000, 2004, and 2016.
And continue to ignore when issue after issue of things Americans really want and demand, come before the Senate only to be BLOCKED because Senators representing a minority of citizens dont like those issues.
Republicans like to talk about the majority, and will of the nation bullshit, but what we really have is minority rule because of:
A) The electoral college, and
B) The two Senators/state law.
Eventually, its going to blow.
