17. What I really can't get over is who in their right mind would leave their laptop somewhere for ...

scumbags like this to go into and peruse the contents of the laptop? This doesn't meet the smell test what so ever. Think about it.

Most people are extremely careful and cautious about where they take and/or handle their laptops. I am that way mainly because there may be some information on the laptop although not much...even if I were to get another laptop or desktop computer instead of a laptop, I wouldn't dispose of the older laptop just because I have a newer model...I hang onto my older PCs and laptops and don't dispose of them anyways.
