That being said, I think Joe and Kamala are smart to avoid discussing this. Even if (when) they win, they won't be able to add seats unless we control the Senate. While I think that is very likely, Joe has no control over that.

After November 3, hopefully, he can clarify. Something must be done.

And Senator Sheldon Whitehouse is AMAZING. Rhode Island is very lucky to have a Senator like this. I guess he represents all of us indirectly, so all Ds in the US are indeed fortunate. If we win the Senate, he would make an excellent Judiciary Committee Chair.
