6. Don't think he can pardon for future crimes

That is a section of the law that has never been resolved. For example, if one is pardoned for future crimes, that individual could kill a federal law enforcement person or even a future president. Not sure that would pass.

For example then tRump could pardon the proud boys and they could kidnap and kill a governor or future president. There needs to be some legislation on pardons and if we get the senate, I hope they do their job.

(The congress should be very busy next term, I hope.)
