He may be crashing due to the virus. The treatments may have only suppressed the symptoms, not cured them, which he imagines in his delusional selfness.

Just thinking of Herman Cain. From what I recall, he said he was fine and the doctors were optimistic. That took about a month and then, it was something like three days or so and poof.
