Since admitted to doing nothing after the election for CoVid, we can drop all prior deaths.

Charge and convict with kill the 18,927 ++ since the election [4 Nov]

A minimum punishment of 1 year + 1 day served consecutively for each death. [18,927 years + 18,927 days]

See I'm not a vindictive guy, just a minimum sentence for what can be proven he caused.
