They know the right words to say, but I'm convinced at this point that it's all just talk.
What they don't seem to realize is that most people don't complain when something goes wrong. They just quit shopping at that business. A lot of managers don't understand that many times complainers are actually doing the business a service. They're telling them what's wrong so they can make the necessary improvements.
