I have been to or through Wilmington many times (and one of my nieces went to Delaware State) and you all don't get all the "press" that NH gets as a "sales tax free state" either (big destination for us Fluffians
).
I do laugh about Gov. Carney's feuds with Gov. Murphy though, re: that "quarantine list" - on again, off again, on again off again... and IMHO, Murphy's idiocy of throwing the state open (having previously having had the worst coronavirus numbers in the spring, which nationally were 2nd only behind NY), and of course all hell is breaking loose there now.
