Not the commission itself.

The Wisconsin law is apparently interesting in it's text in that only the chair of the commission is specified as needed rather than a full commission vote, and she did her part today.

Guess she had the staff draw up the paperwork right away for the Governor to sign.

Maybe they're trying to give our right wing Supreme Court cover to ignore the lawsuits.
