Our Elections Administrator in Bexar County is appointed and works independently and in a very non-partisan fashion. People call her a fuddy-duddy cuz she's old, but she knows that election code. When Commissioners Court wanted numerous drop boxes etc, she told them, "No" because of Texas Election Code.

Harris County elections were hamstrung in previous cycles by the GOP County Clerk. Our County Clerk has nothing to do with elections.

Does TX state law stipulate something else? If yes, MI should sue. at140 Dec 2020 #1
