calling themselves Republicans, how can they tolerate their leader behaving like an absolute monarch?

Yes, this is how he ran his cabinet all this time. No input, no debate, "I know everything and each of you is an idiot."

But to tell governors of states what to do? What happened to the cherished "States' rights?"

Is keeping your seat more important than guarding the Republic?
