The only spawn Trump has ever given half a damn about is Ivanka (and probably not for totally wholesome reasons, either).

He’s continuing the fucked-up legacy of Fred Sr. — classifying his kids in a hierarchy of worthiness and treating them accordingly.

It will be interesting to see how Barron turns out. I’m not totally convinced that Melania has any emotional attachment to him, either. He’s invisible, and I don’t think it’s out of deep parental concern for his well-being. Melania is probably just as big a narcissist as Don. I hope Grandma and Grandpa Knauss can somehow fill the void.

I’m reading Obama’s autobiography and the way he writes about Sasha and Malia, and the pictures the book has of him with them, prove that there can be such a thing as a poor little rich kid — Exhibit A, Barron Trump.
