It took me a while to learn and realize the racism here...still runs deep.
Funny you mention the Lees. One brother died, the other is a municipal judge now and is married to a woman I worked with through behavioral health; she was the head of Juvenile Probation. I 'assumed' she was a Republican, but when she retired, she became really involved in the county Dem party...now, she's our secretary. So much for assumptions!
I hope you could read my note; I know my handwriting is not always legible, resulting in some funny wondering why some DUers were getting thank you notes from....they couldn't tell who! Lol
