to advance President Biden's agenda and to pass laws. Also what Manchin just did blows up any chance of Biden getting Supreme Court nominees and other federal judicial nominees through plus FCC, NLRB, even controversial cabinet nominees through.

The OP gave me a link to prove his point that Manchin said those words. It was his twitter account and nothing about his refusing to vote. Where is the link you all are referring to?
