Anyone else think a lot of Republicans believe that Democrats should be killed?

I'm only half-joking. I think for the vast majority of people, the "Dems should be killed" nonsense is just blather. They don't want to do it themselves. They think some vague entity is going to do it for them. In Trump's case, they assume he was going to have the government or the military round up the libs. Convenient for them.

Of course, there are again exceptions. I think the most likely would be former/current members of the military or police who have had training and/or experience and the fake militia crowd. Lots of PTSD in the former and lots of delusions of grandeur in the latter.

I honestly don't know how many of them are capable of killing people based on relentless propaganda or would do so if given the opportunity.

I think the number is relatively small, but it's quite certainly not zero and probably higher than most of us would feel comfortable with. It's figuring out who those non-zero ones are that is the hard part, just like with any other potential terrorists.
