We are both from Cold states.........

They haven't even thought about what is coming their way...........When it warms up, all those pipes in residences that have frozen and burst will start shooting water when they thaw...... I can only imagine what the Homeowner's insurance companies are about to see down there......

All the plumbers in Texas, and the other southern frozen states, are about to become rich......LOL

The best single thing that every residence that has frozen pipes can do, is shut off your main water valve before the thaw..........
