18. This is despicable. She "gave away" money that had been given

to her campaign to help Texans--by people all over the country. The implication in the quotation is that she gave away taxpayer money. The donors are taxpayers, alright, but that's where the similarity ends.

I'd like to know if the guy--or people--who are spreading this slur took any of that money.

I'm with the suggestion to cut TX loose--cede it to Mexico, and see how Texans like that--and grant statehood to PR--DC, too, while we're at it. TX wants to secede? OK, secede it with extreme prejudice.
