Just go to an atm for the bank that issued the card so you don't get any fees. Withdraw the cash and deposit.

You can transfer it, but that may take a day or two. If you want the money right away, just do that.

My buddy had to do it that way. He was nonplussed. I didn't even realize they were doing the debit thing until he told me.
