I think the reason for the second shot is that it gives you longer lasting immunity. I've also had my first shot of Pfizer. I'm on day 13 and getting the second dose on March 28. I didn't have any noticeable side effects from the first dose, but I have diabetes, RA, lupus, and psoriasis so I always feel kind of crappy.

I felt really "out of it" brain foggy for about 4 days after my first dose on 2/23

2 days out from my 2nd Pfizer jab. If I've had side/after effects they were too mild to notice
