He now has exeptional name recognition due to his run for Comptroller in 2014 and his run for Lt Governor in 2018.

Smart, savvy, able to explain really dry stuff in an easily understood fashion, great sense of humor and very down to earth.

I had been seeing hints that this was going to happen; I am glad he finally announced!
