(11,559 posts)Apparently you've completely forgotten about the gaslighting that's gone on since Reagan, more or less unabated. And bipartisanship? Oh, golly.
It seems a case could be made that, to your part, bipartisanship is a situational concept to be trotted out in the middle of a difficult scene of your psychodrama. Remember these?

The violent mobs... they're Biden people, they're Biden states and cities, they're Democrat states, and, of red states of red states, we're doing great and we don't have crime and we don't have this violence.
The current American political scenario is not about the Left vs. the Right; it is about the Left vs. common sense.
I'm sure I could go on all day, finding and pasting these quotes about sincere intentions and bipartisanship, but there seems to be no point. I submit that, your claims to the contrary, your view of bipartisanship needs a little refocusing.
