17. It's time for Democrats to develop a taste for blood. But keep it simple.

Don't even bother with the "Domestic" -- just call it "Terrorism". "X Supports Terrorism" is short 'n' sweet and doesn't tax the brainpower of the electorate too much. Make them explain how they don't support terrorism.

The whining from their side will be glorious. That's how you'll know it's working.

ETA: Picture this: "Who represents you in Washington?" followed by a picture of QBacca in all his horny glory, fading to a picture of Gym Jordan (or your favorite local qpublican). Use that fool's worthless organic ass for something worthwhile, for a change.
