We and our allies promised the same plot if land to two separate groups. The Palestinians for fighting with us and what became the Israelis out of guilt.

We ignored thousands of years of history and only marginally kept our promise to the first group and ignored the often illegal actions of the second group.

Both sides have done bad things , but we call one side terrorists.

It is sad. Nearly 80 years later and the US and western allies haven't realized since they helped create this mess that they have an obligation to help both sides to find a way to peacefully coexist or at least non-violently coexist.
