2. Funny Story About Overpriced Tickets

I found out The Fixx was playing at The Vic in Chicago, on the day of the show.
I couldn't find available companions, so I went alone.
Guy asks me if I need a ticket. $50. The tickets were $28.
I say no.
Then 2 other guys come up, but they had a 3rd ticket because their friend decided to take the overtime money.
He says "If you give us $15 for our parking, the ticket's yours."
So I paid $15.
Thing about that first guy: the show was a hundred or so short of a sell out. I knew it wasn't sold out by checking, you guessed it...Ticketmaster!
