Indomethacin. It works like a champ for symptoms.

For this who haven’t had it, the best way I can describe it is that’s it’s like pounding on your big toe with a ball peen hammer, and then driving a ten penny nail into your instep about two inches in front of your ankle. And then trying to walk.
