But I read over 7 million people are behind on rent. Don’t know about mortgages. If the evictions really start happening (immediately or in 30 days) there’s going to be a lot of doubled up households, people living in their cars, or just homeless. Then a lot of them will have a blotch on the credit report or references and have trouble renting again.
